CORE BEERS for GRAND OPENING (Spring 2023)

Platform Pilsner (4.7% ABV) IBU 33

South Line Brewing Company's house Slow Pour Pilsner is a German Lager which is light, crisp and packs just enough bitterness to keep you coming back. The large pillowy head on top brings out all the floral notes from the Hallertauer hops used in the boil. After a long cold fermentation this beer is lagered for up to 8 weeks before packaging.

Grains and Adjuncts: Pilsner

Yeast: House Lager Yeast

Intercity IPA (6.3%) IBU 48

Our heavily hopped West Coast IPA features a basic Malt backbone of 2 row malt and pilsner to really allow the Hops to shine at the forefront! A huge dose of whirlpool and dry hops pack this IPA full of all the west coast flavors we have grown to love. These hops will fill your senses with the resin, and pine while keeping the bitterness low enough not to tax your palate.

Grains and Adjuncts: Pilsner, 2 Row, Acid Malt

Hops: Magnum, Amarillo, Centennial, Citra, Mosaic

Yeast: California Ale Yeast

Three descriptive Words:

Pine, Floral, Dank

Puffer NEIPA (6.4%ABV) IBU 20

We wanted to make our House NEIPA a huge juicy IPA so we wanted to mix some of the best Pacific west coast hops with a touch of NZ h flair. When getting this beer you will see its distinct hazy appearance from the wheat, oats and the use of a London ale yeast. The body is nice and soft and pleasantly balances out the juicy notes from the huge dry hop. Being a beer so heavily dry hopped this beer is best drunk young!

Grains and Adjuncts: 2 Row, Red Wheat, Flaked Oats

Hops: Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe

Yeast: London Ale 3

Three descriptive Words:

Juicy, Soft, Tropical

MORE BEERS COMING SOON!

As we get closer to our grand opening, we'll be feverishly brewing more and more great beers! Stay tuned!
