BIG MIKE - OWNER
Experienced in the restaurant industry, successfully for over 10 years. Started with just a pull behind barn on wheels serving up BBQ to go along with his scratch made family recipe sides. Since starting the food truck in 2011 he has opened two brick and mortar BBQ joints that also house craft beer shops. Known on the street as Brew 'n Que in Cary and Pittsboro. With huge roots in the craft beer scene Big Mike can't wait to create a local beer brand that matches his dreams and vision to buy and support local.
CONRAD - OWNER
Local restaurateur with the Ruckus Restaurant Group. Found a passion for brewing by doing guest appearances and co-brewing with many breweries all over the country. Owner/Operator of Ruckus Pizza, Pasta & Spirits in Apex and is a service industry lifer! Born and raised in NC and residing in Cary for 17 years.
SCOTT - BREW MASTER
Scott was born and raised in North Carolina. Originally from Wilmington, Scott's family moved to Cary in 1986. After graduating from Green Hope High School, Scott studied Biology at North Carolina State University and discovered his love for craft beer. In 2009, Scott and his wife moved to Colorado. It was in Colorado that Scott's interest in craft beer and homebrewing developed into a passion and he began to work towards making brewing a career. In 2013, life brought Scott back to North Carolina where he was hired by Atlantic Brew Supply prior to joining the Raleigh Brewing Company brew team full time. Scott oversaw production for the rapidly expanding brewery for 7 years before joining the Southline Brewing Company team. Scott is excited to be part of the mission to bring a new brewery and beer garden to his hometown in 2022. Outside of the brewery, Scott lives in Apex with his wife Morgan and 2 sons, Cameron and Axel. In Scott's free time, he enjoys riding BMX, mountain biking, doing yard work and focusing on fitness and nutrition.
